Add a question

Add 2–4 options and mark the correct one.

One answer per line. The first line is what shows on the screen; every other line is an alternative spelling that also counts (e.g. Central Perk / central perk / the coffee house).

Shown on the trivia screen with the question. Keep videos short — they play muted on the TV.

Bonus point reasons

Pre-set reasons you can award live on the night (e.g. Best team name). On the Trivia Control remote, tap “Award Bonus Points”, pick a reason, then pick the team — the points go straight onto the ladder.

Import questions from CSV

Add lots of text questions at once. Images and videos aren't in the CSV — add those per question afterwards. Imported questions are appended to the end of the list.

How to format the CSV

One question per row, with these columns in order:

  1. Type — mc (multiple choice), tf (true/false), or text (typed answer)
  2. Question — the question text
  3. Bonus — yes for double points, otherwise no
  4. Answer — mc: the correct option (A–D or the exact text); tf: True or False; text: the answer shown on screen
  5. Option 1–4 — mc: the 2–4 choices; text: any extra accepted spellings (optional); tf: leave blank

A header row (starting with Type) is optional and skipped automatically. Example:
